| Shipping Policy We ship UPS Ground, unless rush delivery is requested. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout through a UPS real-time shipping calculator which bases costs on item weight and location. If you are placing an order of 20+ items, e-mail or call me for shipping quote. Remember, our products are handmade just for you per order. Orders usually ship within 3-4 weeks. Remember, ALL of our items are handcrafted just for you. In the event we are experiencing a backorder, you will be notified immediately. Refund & Return Policy Your satisfaction is top priority. Returns must be filed within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will only be issued once that merchandise has been received by us and you are responsible for the shipping fees to return it. Exchanges may be made within 7 days of receiving purchased merchandise for an item of equal price or store credit. If your exchange is necessary through our acknowledged fault (i.e., we mistakenly ship you the wrong size or color) then we will cover the shipping charges to return it. However, if you are wishing to exchange merchandise because you've changed your mind about color or ordered the wrong size, etc... then you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred to return the merchandise to us. |
